How does the role-per-project model work?
Each project has its own member list. When someone is added, they're assigned either Commissioning Manager or Subcontractor for that project. The same user can be CM on one job and a sub on another — no extra licence.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing screen. Charges are pro-rated and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
