This Purchase Agreement applies when you subscribe to a paid CxPlan plan from Total Package Services Ltd.
Plans and pricing
Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in GBP and shown exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated.
Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis from the start date of the plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal date until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time before the renewal date from your account billing area.
Payment method
Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each billing period.
Price changes
We may change prices on 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds within 14 days of a charge are available where a valid reason is given — see our Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate paid access for non-payment, chargebacks, or breach of our Terms.
